Okay, so you prob cannot read what each ghost says, so from your left to your right we have Chuckie - his word is 'Accident'; Fil and Lil (the twins) have the word 'Abortion' written on both of them; and then there's Tommy, who has the word 'Premature' on his ghost. Angelica has the word 'Schizophrenic' written on the bottom of her dress/overalls
Some Rugrats Theory for you all ^^ Honestly, when I first read this I thought it ruined my childhood, but then it made it better by me understanding the possibilities that worked with it xD
